Message: 1967 Bristol CT. A bunch of kids playing in the yard about dusk when a huge circular UFO was above us. It. Was traveling along Farmington Avenue.. It was so low it seemed like hit would hit the third floor apartment buildings.
It was silver and was all lit up underneath. Pretty fasinating for me at nine years old. None of us ever talked about it until recent years.

Number of, Distance Away & Direction of Travel for UFO(s): Distance from ground was as a three store apartment building and Distance away from 47 prospect street was about 5ft.

Further Description of Sighting: Flying sauce was hovering next to windows of the House # 47 up on third floor right side next to mechanic parking lot.

Further Description of Sighting: It was in September of 1967 in Ct. I was about 14 and no one at home but myself, I was ironing and all of sudden all the lights went out in the house. Thougt it was electrical problem, but looked out window to see if it was just our house. It was the whole street I lived on.
I stepped out on back porch and it was so bright. I looked up and a triangular object was hovering over my house with NO! Sound at all. It had lights all around. I could see underneath of object. Had a lot of different objects on it. I don’t know what they were .
I watched it as it slowly left, all the lights went back on. Never told anybody until years later.

Shape(s) of UFO(s) (If Known): The first one appeared to look like a star moving faster than commercial aircraft and at a MUCH higher atlitude with no visible lights (flashing) nor sound. It then disappeared, a few seconds later it reappeared going a totally different direction (left to right), then came back (right to left). Again, it disappeard and no longer was seen. I was leaving my parents house and called them outside…they saw the second sighting.

Further Description of Sighting: We have an airport about 20min away and so we constantly see commercial flights over my parents house. This DID NOT look or MOVE like an airplane.

Message: Saw strange flying object as I traveled on Rt-84W near Carrier in Farmington the night of 5/4/09 around 9:30 p.m. Sounds like the one you describe. Spinning lights, looked like it could have been a helicopter hovering just above the tree line (seemed like it was just above my car!) Watched it continue hovering sort of erratically over the highway in my rearview for a mile or two. Very very strange – never seen anything like it. Please advise if you have more info!
