Further Description of Sighting: we saw a bright star like figure in the NE sky. It was red,white and blue and seemed to be spinning. We could see the colors with the naked eye. We broke out the telescope and looked at it for 30 minutes or more. It never moved but became dimmer after 20 minutes.
