Name: Cynthia

Date of Event: Aug 8, 2014. ( around 10:30pm)

Location of Event: Windsor, calif

Message: My dog seemed when usually focused on the living room window. I noticed an odd number of amber light reflections in the window. Curious, I opened the front door and was shocked to see 8 or 9 orange yellow orbs flying towards our house, except at a high altitude.

I called my husband and he was speechless. They increased their altitude and were silent, luminous, and large. One orb was larger than the rest and seemed to direct the other orbs as they split off from each other. Half flew East, the rest turned right, flying Northwest..

The largest orb flew foreword and then shot in reverse in a second, as if in a straight line. .All of them went dark simultaneously.

Further Description of Sighting: For six months my team and I were mining near Bouse., AZ. For five nights each week from M-F of each week between 8p and approximately 8:40p each night these orange/amber lights would appear just east of Abex Peak.

The lights would miraculously appear, separate into intricate formations and then occasionally recombine and dramatically have and then change positions. We have video of the anomalies as they become quite predictable over the weeks we observed them.

The lights were extraordinary and not easily explained by any of the group of 8 of us that observed them. I can be contacted by private email or here. We observed the Bouse lights over 15 times between November 2013 and February 2014

San Antonio, Valparaíso Region, Chile; November 11, 2014

Name: Jose Patricio Lay Lagos

Date of Event: November 11, 2014

Location of Event: between the port of San Antonio and Quinteros

Message: On November 11, 2014, a helicopter from the Chilean Navy (Airbus Cougar AS-532), equipped with an infrared FLIR high-definition camera, was patrolling in the coastal sector between the port of San Antonio and Quinteros a At 16.48 UTC, when the camera operator detected an unknown object, apparently flying at a constant speed similar to that of the helicopter, and moving forward.

The sighting was visually confirmed by the two officers who made up the crew (pilot and camera operator) and lasted more than 10 minutes.

Officers questioned Air Traffic Control whose radar failed to detect the object.

They also received no response from the unknown traffic when trying to interrogate it in the frequency arranged for these cases.

The DGAC’s radar control system failed to capture the object but confirmed, in turn, the absence of authorized traffic in the vicinity of the helicopter.

On two occasions, the object seems to throw a trail of some element that could not be specified.

Some analysts have suggested the hypothesis that it is a medium-sized line aircraft and that the stelae of the detachable element may be the reserve water inside the apparatus, thrown by the crew. However, meteorology asserts that neither the altitude at which the object moved, nor the ambient temperature of that moment, allowed such a wake of condensation.

The object disappeared lost in the clouds.

The Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena, composed of leading scientists, analysts and aviation technicians after an extensive study of the case, agreed cataloged as UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon)

CEFAA once again thanks the cooperation of all branches of the armed forces and police forces for their continued cooperation through their respective representatives to the Committee.

We wish everyone a Happy Year 2017 that will allow us to continue to strengthen our ties of cooperation.
