Further Description of Sighting: The craft traveled slowly east to west over the City Park lake. It was silent. I was alone on the road and I stopped my motorcycle to watch it. The craft had a strip of lights around the midsection that lit up like “chaser” Christmas lights.

Direction of Travel for UFO(s): stationary, hovering for apprx. 15 minutes

Other Known Object(s) (For possible reference, or contrast): lights changed colors slowly from left to right as they seemed to flow like lava around the bottom section of the craft – much like a lighthouse except unlike anything ever seen before or since.

Further Description of Sighting: I was a child with my mother watching the vehicle from windows in the kitchen, dining, and living room. Frustrated, my mother scrambled to find film for her camera while calling police, the airport, and relatives.

After watching this beautiful and interesting object for nearly 10 full minutes – I became bored and went back to watching television. Now I am obsessed with wanting to know what it was that I am sure I saw but that no one believes I saw.

I saw something that was insanely beautiful, quiet, and mind-boggling. I wish I could remember the pattern of colors that it displayed as I do recall that there was in fact a pattern. I called out the colors as they oozed around from the left… BLUUUUUUUUUE, REEEEEEEED, etc. My mother claims that the object, vehicle, probe, whatever – shot away at an incredible speed.

She says that she spotted the object in the sky because our poodle (in the yard at the time) was staring at it intensely. Thank you for your time. Would be willing to undergo hypnosis in order to remember more details about the color patterns or the shape so that I may create a drawing or animated video from those memories. Frustrated because I know these things are out there but in this case, knowledge is not power, it a deep-seeded source of frustration.

Further Description of Sighting: walking on a path to go down to the beach in small cove…looked out and saw this ufo hovering over a fishing boat anchored in the cove…all of a sudden a cone shaped light came on from the under-side of the ufo..very bright and white in color..then..another light came on..lime green in color..smaller cone shaped light inside the larger white light….this all lasted maybe 15sec. Then..the ufo took off very fast(no noise at all) up in the clouds

Woodbury, Connecticut, USA; Spring 1975

Location of Sighting: Woodbury- Bethlehem Town Line, Flanders Road, CT USA

Shape(s) of UFO(s) (If Known): Disc shape with two head lights. Colored lights around it. The Ufo hovered over me and a group of friends in the night sky. It made a humming noise. It hovered right above, over us only as high as the tree tops. The UFO showed its lights on my parents house and the woods. One of my brothers came out of the house when he saw all the lights. The ufo flew over fields nearby. Then the UFO took off towards Watertown, CT. The UFO could be still and just hover or it could go as fast as lightening. Air force jets soon came by and appeared to be following the path of the UFO. The next day at my high school a teacher of mine was written up in the Waterbury Republican-American newspaper for seeing and reprting a Ufo that night over Carmel Hill Road, Bethlehem. My teacher only saw it on the horizon. My experience was really close and amazing. I have always remembered it. I would like to know if anyone else experienced this UFO @ 1975. I have been looking for the newspaper article online but, have been unable to find it. Looking for some answers or help with archiving my 1975 UFO sighting and experience.
I finally saw another Ufo Saturday night September 19, 2009 the white cone shaped beam of light. I posted this sighting the other day. I’m excited to see a lot of other sightings in CT the same evening, @ the same time, and a similar sighting.

Can you help put me in touch with the below or pass along my email?? Believe this area may have reoccurring UFO visits on a large scale. Seems like the same exact thing we witnessed in 1975. Same location, same direction, 100’s of crafts, silent, clearly visible, some solo some in uniform clusters over 30 minutes or so.

Gotta get in touch so I can figure out exactly what and where they saw & if it was another event from the same crafts we saw 30+ yrs ago.

Thanks Lou. Never thought I’d run into others that saw this in the same area. I had a dream the other night about it and decided to go online and do some searching. Got the chills now.

The other folks account was nearly identical, some 30+ yrs later. I’m temped to try and get a camera over in that area facing the sky. If this is happening on a regular basis, which it appears may be the case, to see 100’s of globe or halo style orbs in a 30 minutes period, would be some of the best footage to date. What we saw back then was tons of these things, some solo some in symmetrical groups. Maybe this area of Maryland is a gateway to where these craft enter or leave earths’ atmosphere. It’s occurred at least 2x from my account and the other folks account. My guess many other times.

Someone should get a camera out there.

UFO Sighting: Owings Mills, Maryland; January 1, 2008

Message: Did anyone else observe the hundreds of flying objects over Maryland on January 1, 2008, around 10pm? My wife and I were in our hot tub. I looked up and saw what I thought was a satellite, but I then noticed there were many more. We were in the tub for 20-30 minutes and a continuous stream of objects moved from about southeast to northwest the entire time we were outside. All of the objects moved at the same speed, but because they had different light intensities I assume they were at differing altitudes. Some moved in a perfect line of three in a perfectly spaced row, so there is no way they were a natural occurrence. We heard no sound from them, and they all had continuous light intensity (non-blinking).

A commuter jet passed overhead during this period, and it was obvious by the flashing lights and sound that that one object was a jet.
