Fargo, North Dakota, USA; December 16, 2009

Name: Brad

Date of Sighting: December 16, 2009 about 8:00 AM Central

Location of Sighting: Fargo, ND

Shape(s) of UFO(s): Round

Color(s) of UFO(s): Reflective metallic

Direction of Travel for UFO(s): straight down with a spiral jet trail

Further Description of Sighting: I was on my way to work and spotted a large reflective metallic object falling from a very high altitude east of Fargo. I would have thought this was a weather balloon except that it appeared very large and was leaving a white jet trail behind it as it spiraled downward.

This did not look like any jet, military, or research object I have seen before.

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

I only seen lights,a bright yellow light in the northwestern direction. The light kept a steady pace ahead of our vehicle then it “vanished”. One hour later we seen a light that was east of Fargo.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The light changed colors (from yellow to red to blue), then it made a series of very rapid and precise zigzag patterns. Each angle of the pattern was probably 10 miles in distance apart, the entire series only took (about) three minutes. The light then vanished and reappeared on the other side of Fargo, then it vanished again.
