Message: I sighted a blue-green light in the night sky about 45° above the horizon, I watched it move 3° to my right in a instant. It hovered for 5 second, then it moved from 45°, to 80° above the horizon in a fraction of a second.

Further Description of Sighting: My mom and I were looking out our balcony and spotted what looked like a star, quickly blink red, occasionally blue/ green. It looking almost as if it were jolting around, moving in very strange patterns, however not traveling across the sky.
Looking in our backyard and saw one that seemed to be a bit closer, moving the same way. Spotted at least 4 others in the distance along the hills.
After watching the closest for some time, it seemed to move even quicker, zooming short distances, dancing in the sky. It went out of sight behind the hill, but 5 minutes later, levitating back over the hill higher in the sky.
My mom had experienced something similar during her childhood.

Number of UFO(s), including the Color(s), Size(s) and Shape(s): 2 very low orbit ufos 100 feet above ground. Both ufos are orange orb pulses to bright orange to dark red orange. Location was behind my apartment building. One orb was a size of a car, suv size possibly bigger.
Distance of UFO(s) in sky: 100 above ground, 2 feet above trees.
Direction of Travel for UFO(s): Both directions South East towards East of Santa Rosa.
Other Known Object(s) (For possible reference, or contrast): After the 2 orbs left and unknown craft from the South East appeared blinking lights flying North.

Further Description of Sighting: The link above, seems to be the orange orbs that I have seen. They both circle behind the apartment building. 1 orb diminished its light while the other was hovering above behind my apartment for about 15 seconds until it also diminished its light following the other orb. This acquired between the time of 10:08pm to 10:12pm. 30 seconds later some sort of blinking plane appeared from the South East heading North of Santa Rosa.

Time 8:25 am to 8:30.
Black V in sky about a minute then disappeared,. Showed up again about 30 seconds. Then black V disappred. White V showed up. Same place. When White V disappeared, immediately a fog or shadow appears below where the V was. It was like 3 layers, curved at the bottom, straight at the side.
No noise, too. far away. Other than fog or shadow no movement, nor lights
Could be USA stealth, improved.
