Further Description of Sighting: i was in my car on my cell when i saw an object hovering no sound a few blocks from me at 1st i thought it was a plane but after the bright colors changing( blue flash coming out from the sides often turning into a green color)

i knew it was something else. began to go straight up like a balloon turned bright white, then it reappeared traveling left of me turned into a bright red and took off like a bat out of hell!!

the object was in view for about 10 to 15 seconds……..freak the crap out of me!!!
