Location of Event: off of 113 on the right heading towards milford from Dover

Message: i saw three white light in the sky from a distance. thought it was a plane going to the airforce base but flying real low.   the closer i got the brighter the lites were and it wasnt moving.  as i passed the object in the sky i noticed it wasnt moving.  just sitting there hovering.  call me crazy but this had me thinking all day.   iv never saw anything like it.   it was dark so im not for sure.
