Location of Event: Northfield, New Hampshire

Message: Looking up at the North eastern Sky ( late fall oct/Nov) from Northfield NH. High in the night sky ( 10pm-12am) I saw what looked like a series of green and red lights going around the peremeter of the object. One way I would describe it is that of approaching the toll plaza on I-93 on a foggy night. It was motionless for some time which led me to believe it was the space station.
