Direction of Travel for UFO(s) (If Known): Hovering, tilting left to right like a ring thrown on the ground reaching equilibrium

Further Description of Sighting: Went back off highway to see it and didn’t find anything. I was on the 101 South so I couldn’t stare at it for too long.
