Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; September 20, 2009

Name: sherry

Date of Sighting (and time if known): 9-20-09

Location of Sighting: las vegas, nv.

Shape(s) of UFO(s) (If Known): spirical through lens. bright red, blue, and yellow lights flickering at a very low atitude. Could see to the naked eye but more clearer through a lens. Way to low to be a satelite and was lower than planes. Made no noise. There was several of them in formation like they were monitoring las vegas. One particular was low enough to see how it manevers. It reminded me of the spinner top ride at Six flags over Texas.

Size(s) of UFO(s) (If Known): It was big enough to see to the naked eye but could see through my lens better in detail.

Color(s) of UFO(s) (If Known): red blue yellow and some green.

Number of UFO(s) (If Known): 7 in formations

Distance of UFO(s) in sky (If Known): One was close enough to see from the hospital parking lot with another co-worker.

Direction of Travel for UFO(s) (If Known): stationary

Other Known Object(s) (For possible reference, or contrast):

Further Description of Sighting: I see it almost nightly mostly on cloudy nights. It is the only thing there and when the stars are out. It could be mistaken for a low star that rotates with multiple light colors. It is very different.

  1. my husband and i have seen the same thing the only difference is there is only 1 and it seems to bounce around a little but it mainly stays in one place.  sometimes we see one in the westerly sky and sometimes we see it in the easterly sky. we have been watching it for months. it’s not out there everynight. right now it is bright in the easterly sky. very strange! we live in santa rosa ca [2009|09|8798a468e18d84018626d18f9a4ba646]
