Further Description of Sighting: We were sitting at a restaurant in fairfield, ct. when the light appeared. We first thought it was a helicopter spotlight but realized it was not moving. When the light disappeared it started at the wide side of the cone and moved to the point. It was very cool to watch but quite obviously something not normal.
