Shape(s) of Object(s) (If Known): round dot of light

Color(s) of Object(s) (If Known): white

Distance of Object(s) in sky (If Known): upper atmosphere

Further Description of Sighting: i was sitting in my pool and was staring up into the sky at a small cloud. I noticed a bright point of light next to the cloud. I continued to watch it as it slowly moved northwards.

If i could say the distance, if you spread your thumb and index finger apart and put that in the sky that would be how far this object traveled within a 10 minute period of time.

At first i thought it might have been a balloon or something floating with the current of the wind but after several minutes of watching it i realized that it wasn’t. i ran inside to grab my camera but the battery was completely dead. I looked for my binoculars but couldn’t find them either.

i went back to the pool and looked at the same area of sky to see if this object was still there. My eye caught it again but now it had drastically changed direction moving at a seemingly intense rate of speed westward.

It flew behind a small cloud and i was expecting it to come out of the other side of the cloud but it didn’t. it just disappeared. The airplanes that leave the con trails typically fly at around 30 to 35000 feet and you can still make out that its an airplane.

This was just a simple dot of light about as venus is in the night sky but mind you this was at 5:45 pm when its still completely bright outside. I can only assume this was either a very small object flying in a low altitude or something larger that was flying at a very high altitude.

Unless someone was looking at that same area of sky meticulously i doubt anyone else would have noticed this. I’m rather cynical about things like this so I’m not saying this was some alien spaceship. I just think that it was a very strange object in the sky that displayed very peculiar behaviors.
