Message: There were orange balls. Not connected to anything. At first there were two. We went around the corner and we saw them again, in a triangle. Three more appeared. They looked like they were forming a straight line..We went home and came back. There were two of them. Next thing i see is a plane flying towards them and the two flying away. It was crazy. This was in downtown charleston.

We saw them too. I was driving on the cross way toward the cooper river bridge at 11:20 pm. We saw these orange balls that were hovering. we couldn’t get off the bridge to go see what they were, but they seemed to move unlike any aircraft. So glad to see someone else saw them. We saw 3 that were close together and another one off to the side.

in 1963 in Charleston SC next to the air base there, (a housing complex called Hunley Park) I saw a FIREBALL (that ZIG ZAGGED)that was totally silent. Sighting was at dusk, sun below the horizon, indigo blue to the East, tangerine orange to the west, no clouds.  I was 10 yrs old, on way home from boy scouts.  Was 43 years ago, when EVERYONE ate dinner at the same time, so no other witnesses in my sight.  Saw it when it was almost overhead, traveling at a descending angle headed DIRECTLY towards the airbase, which was just a few thousand feet from me, through the woods.  As it changed directions, about every 3 seconds, there was no loss of speed, no slowing down and curving.  Change in direction as it travelled towards the base was instantaneous.  About 10 degrees to the left, then the right at each zig and zag, left and right.  So it was coming down, went below the tree line of sight, and I expected to hear an explosion, perhaps feel the ground tremble (I had stopped my bike, feet on the ground, braced myself for what I thought would be a BIG impact)… sound, no light, no vibration….NOTHING for a good 3 or 4 minutes after it should have hit the ground, unless this thing was GIGANTIC and it was many miles up, but it looked like it was only 3-4,000 feet up.  I could see all colors of fire licking the surface of this globe.  Just like a marshmallow set on fire on the end of your stick and wave it in the air, only marshmellow fire is bluish.  This was all red, yellow, orange flames….no smoke, no vapor trail of any sort.  This happened about 1962.  went home, told no one, didn’t think anyone would believe me.Weird coincidence 20 years later, my older bro married the daughter of Howard Menger, a CONTACTEE from the 50’s, before even the first “abductions” were reported in the 60’s.  He was actually going on TRIPS in their craft.  I just don’t know, seems so crazy,  but I saw something that defied the laws of physics regarding inertia.  You just can’t make a turn to the left in the space of a dime, when you are travelling hundreds of mile an hour.  you HAVE to slow and curve.
